We normally divide delivery of a course into two half day sessions aimed at professionals in the Property Rental and Letting business at varying stages of their development. These courses are designed to give you a firm understanding of the Landlord and Tenant relationship.................
Welcome to learnletting which, as the name implies, is a site aimed at assisting Residential Letting Agents to fully manage the divide that can often exist between Landlord and prospective Tenant. Our training courses are carried out in the familiar surroundings of your own premises, at a time that suits you and cover a wide range of essential information that will assist you in avoiding common pitfalls and over sights that can occur when dealing with both sides of the Lettings scenario. All courses are carried out by an experienced trainer and are undertaken in an informal, yet informative, manner.

Our courses will help you keep up with all the latest changes in Housing Act . With ever increasing responsibility being placed upon the Agent you need to be informed as to your liabilities under the Law.
